Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains the behaviour we expect from everyone who uses Freight Puzzle. It applies to the web application, the APIs and any integration you build on top of them.

Permitted use

Use Freight Puzzle to procure, store, manage, quote and share freight rates for your own business and your customers, in line with your carrier and contract obligations.

Prohibited activities

Do not scrape, resell or redistribute carrier rate data outside the rights granted by your contracts.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or bypass rate limits and usage quotas.

Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or data you do not have the right to process.

Do not use the platform to send spam, harass others, or misrepresent quotes and pricing to end customers.

API fair use

API access is subject to documented rate limits. Sustained excess usage may be throttled. Cache responses where possible and avoid polling endpoints more frequently than the documented interval.

Monitoring and enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and can suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the platform or other customers. Serious or repeated violations can lead to termination.

Reporting abuse

If you notice misuse or a security issue, report it through the contact page. We investigate every report and respond to the reporter.
