Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Freight Puzzle. By accessing the website, creating an account or using any Freight Puzzle product, you accept these terms in full.

If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.

Use of the platform

Freight Puzzle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform for your internal freight procurement, rate management and quoting operations.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the rates, contracts and customer data you upload, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscription plans, user limits and included modules are set out in your order form. Fees are billed in advance for the agreed term and are non-cancellable during that term unless stated otherwise.

We may revise pricing at renewal with at least 30 days' written notice.

Intellectual property

Freight Puzzle and its licensors own all rights in the platform, software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of the data you upload.

Limitation of liability

Rates, schedules and tracking information are provided by carriers and third parties. Freight Puzzle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on such data.

Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured for 30 days. On termination your access ends and data is handled as described in the Account Deletion Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order form, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
